| Can I change my order after I have already submitted it online? |
Yes, you can change your order, but only by contacting customer service through telephone or e-mail. Please include your order number when leaving a message or sending an e-mail. Your order cannot be changed through the website if you have already clicked “Place Your Order”, as it has been processed immediately. The only way you will not be able to change your order is if it has already been shipped. In this case, you will need to follow our Return Policy procedures.

| What is the cut off time for an order to ship out on the day it is placed? |
We will make every attempt to process all orders received the same day if all items are in stock. However, the official cutoff time in order to make it out the same day is 3pm Eastern, Monday thru Friday. Please remember that Fedex does not deliver on Saturdays.

| What do I do if I cannot find the item I am looking for on your website? |
If you are looking for something in particular that is not listed on our site, just call us or send us an e-mail. We have access to all the top rated manufacturers and the most current styles. We will be happy to order anything you need. Our customer service representatives are very knowledgeable about all your dancewear needs and will give you our best price. Special orders are not returnable or refundable.

| What forms of payment do you accept? |
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you prefer to pay by check, you will need to mail it with your order form. At this time, we do not process COD orders. Prices of certain items are subject to change without notice. We strive to keep our pricing competitively low so our customers benefit from maximum savings. However, ONLINE PRICES ARE FOR INTERNET OR PHONE IN ORDERS ONLY. These prices do not apply in our retail locations.

| Do you charge sales tax? |
We are located in Florida, therefore we only charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to Florida addresses. The current rate is 7%. Orders shipped outside the state of Florida are not charged sales tax.

Yes, if you purchase between $300 and $500 worth of merchandise from us on one order you will recieve a 5% discount on that order. If you purchase $500 or more you will recieve a 10% discount on that order. | How does the In Store Pick up option work? |
The In Store Pick up option is designed to allow customers to shop online, place internet orders and upon reciept of their pick up notification email, allow them to pick up their online order in one of our retail locations. Thus combining the online experience and the retail experience of The Dancewear Corner.
When placing your online order through www.dancewearcorner.com simply select the In Store Kissimmee or In Store Clermont shipping option in the drop down box and your order will be delivered to that location and a pick up notification email will be sent to you when it is ready to be picked up.
Simple instructions for using the In Store Pick up options:
1. Select dancewear and accessories you wish to purchase from www.dancewearcorner.com
2. Proceed to checkout. Select either Kissimmee or Clermont In Store pick up from shipping options drop down box.
3. Complete the checkout process.
4. You will then receive an automated confirmation email of your order.
5. Once your order is processed by our staff, you will be notified via email on the status of your order. When your order is ready for In Store Pick up, you will be notified via email.
6. Simply print off that In Store Pick up notification email and bring it with you to the selected location to pick up your order.
7. Upon arriving at the location, notify a staff member that you are here to pick up an online order. Hand them you paper, and they will assist you with the pick up process.

| How does In store pick up work with Pointe shoe purchases? |
With regards to purchasing Pointe shoes for the online price and picking them up in store, as long as you do not require a pointe shoe fitting, you will receive the online price. If you require to be professionally fitted you will be charged the retail price. Due to the complexity of each individuals foot, we strongly suggest a professional pointe shoe fitting.

| What is a Special Order or Request? |
Special Orders and Requests For any items you may not see online please email us or give us a call and let us know what you are looking for. We have access to hundreds of items for teams, recitals and performances and cannot list them all. Sorry, special orders are not returnable or refundable.

| What does it mean if my item is on backorder? |
Although we keep a large inventory on hand, there are occasions when an item is not available from the manufacturer at the time of order. The item is then placed on back order and we will contact you to give you an estimated ship date based on the information from the manufacturer. You can decide at that time to keep the order active or cancel the item. Back orders can take up to 2-8 weeks to be delivered to you. You can cancel any time before the item is shipped. If you have ordered multiple items, we will ship the in stock items immediately. Any back ordered items will ship separately at no additional cost to you.

| What is a To-Order Item? |
Any item that you see the words “TO-ORDER” next to the color or size means that the item is not in stock. It will be ordered from the manufacturer and will ship to you in 1-2 weeks. You may still choose expedited shipping to receive the item quickly after it is shipped to us. Sorry, but TO-ORDER sales are final.

| Why can’t I order a catalog? |
DanceWearCorner.com believes in conserving our forests, therefore we do not have a paper catalog. We also believe since dancewear changes every season, it is more cost efficient not to produce a catalog that has to be changed often. We can then pass those savings on to you by offering our lowest prices possible.

Our shipping fees are charged in real time when you are at the checkout process. Prices are based on the weight of your package and where the package is being delivered. | What is your return/exchange policy? |
Returns of regular items must be received within 30 days of the shipment date for exchange or refund. Please contact customer service for a Return Authorization number before shipping a return. Special orders, To Order Items and clearance items are not returnable or refundable. All refunds are on merchandise only. Shipping charges are not refundable. On all exchanges if you pay the shipping charges to return the item we will ship the new exchanged item at no cost to you for the first exchange only,(For U.S. shipping only). If you require more than one exchange on the same order, you will be required to pay for all shipping costs on additional exchanges. Returns can be made in person at any of our retail locations, however no refunds will be issued, store credit only. For mail in, please send all returns to:

Returns will be accepted only if the following occur:

Must be in new condition in original packaging with original tags still attached

Must be sent postage paid

Must have a Return Authorization number assigned by us and a copy of the receipt

Shoes must be returned by inserting the orignal shoebox and or bag in a mailing container - this will protect the original box or bag. Shoebox only packages will not be accepted. If received, a $5.00 restocking fee will be applied.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We strongly suggest insuring your shipment or ship via a carrier with tracking capability.

| How do I do an exchange or return if I selected the In Store pick up option? |
With regards to an exchange, simply bring in the product to the location that you picked up your order from and the staff will assist you in exchanging your product. With regards to a return, the same would apply except you will be issued a store credit for the amount of your order that you may then apply to a future pruchase. There are no refunds on In Store pick up, store credit only.

| What happens if I don't receive my order but tracking shows delivery? |
Unfortunately, if you do not receive your order but the tracking # shows delivery by the carrier, we advise you to contact your local Post Office, mail carrier or local delivery service office and work with them to locate the missing package. At Dancewearcorner.com, we will make every attempt to assist you in locating the missing package, but ultimately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We pay extra for delivery confirmation to ensure that your packages are trackable and delivered in a timely manner.

| How do I purchase a Gift Certificate? |
Gift
Certificates are one of the greatest gifts you can get the special dancer in

sizes or mandatory attire needed for class.

clicking on the Gift Certificates Link, there is an easy step-by-step guide
that takes you through the ordering process. Purchasing a gift certificate is
the same check out procedure as placing a regular order, but instead of typing
in a shipping address you will be requested to type in the e-mail address of the
recipient receiving the gift certificate.
You will also get the opportunity to send a little note or message along
with the gift Certificate, similar to sending a card with a gift! Within 24
hours Gift Certificates are e-mailed to the recipient as soon the sender’s
credit card is approved. The
Recipient will then receive a discreet authorized code number to use as payment

| Can I buy something that costs more or less than the card amount ? |
Yes. If your order total is less than the amount on your gift certificate card, the remaining amount will be available on your card for future purchases.
